Josh Broeker is a Colorado native and graduated from Colorado State University in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in both Organization and Innovation Management & Marketing. He previously held numerous management positions with different businesses in the food industry and eventually changed his career path to get involved with real estate. Prior to working at Schwartz, McMinimee, and Andrew, LLC, Josh was employed at Real Estate Solutions as a property manager working on behalf of clients with single-family homes, condominiums, and townhouses in the Denver Metro Area. Josh’s four years spent with this company gave him considerable knowledge about real property, fiduciary responsibility, contract development, and contract enforcement. He brings this experience to the firm in order to handle the oversight of real property and personal property as the firm’s Case Manager.
